Struggles.

So as many of you know, the hardest thing I ever had to do was tell Becky about my cutting. I wasn't sure what she would say, so I was terrified to tell her. I didn't even technically tell her, I wrote her a note. Well last night kinda made me realize that even if I'm terrified, and not sure of the outcome, I can't say I completely trust her and not tell her things that are hurting me. It only hurts her. Now if I could only stick to that realization.
