Raised among the Amish of Indiana, 18-year-old Marianna Sommer plans to get baptized into the church, marry Aaron Zook, and set up life in the only community she has ever known. My mini review: 

I love reading books on the Amish! This book was just as touching, and I enjoyed learning more about their culture through Marianna's journey and her struggles with her family and her faith. I found it interesting that she gave up her wants for the needs of her family, but in doing so ended up learning what she needed to know in the end.

If you love Amish reads, I would strongly encourage you to pick up this book!
